While visiting my local bank branch today, I observed several installations of useful digital signage, aimed at educating their customers in banking promotions, as well as standing is as a useful tool for account setup purposes. A teller was sitting with a customer at a kiosk guiding the customer through a new account setup process for online banking. This is one example of the many ways digital signage can improve workplace workflow, reducing the need for arbitray duplication of processes, reducing overall cost.
